Book Review: God Gave Us Love

Lisa Tawn Bergren's book God Gave Us Love is a small book about a big truth.

Little Cub is having trouble understanding love. The otters scare the fish away, she is annoyed by her siblings, and she thinks the love between mamas and papas is gross. It is through love, that Little Cub's Grampa teaches her about the many kinds of love and most importantly, about God's love. Grampa even tells her, "Anytime we show love, we're sharing a bit of his love."

Although this book is recommended for children up to 3 years old, it is a great book to share with older kids too. It is a simple book of God's love that all ages should read.
