The Girl's Still Got It, is a verse by verse study on the book of Ruth. The author helps you feel like you are with Ruth & Naomi experiencing life together. I have read Ruth many times and have gone through studies on this book, but this book gave a completely different insight into their lives. It made me think and it made me experience their story, not just read it. I read the book straight through and then discovered at the end of the book that there is a Bible study. This would be a great book/study to go through with a bunch of friends.
This book was hard for me to get into, but once I did the story drew me in and I begin to feel like I was an observer into their lives just hiding behind something watching every detail.
If you are looking for a light easy read, but want a meaty Bible study, then this is the book for you.
