Twice a Bride is the most recent book in the series about the Sinclair sisters of Cripple Creek by Mona Hodgson. Willow Raines, the sister in law of the oldest Sinclair sister, is in town and looking to start a new life after the death of her husband and father. She takes a job as a portrait painter for a local photographer, Trenton. Trenton is also in town to start a new life after rejection from his fiance. Trenton and Willow come together when she begins working for him and Trenton experiences a relationship with God for the first time.

I didn't really like the other book in this series that I have read, and I don't think I realized this one was in the same series when I picked it up to review. The characters are not really believable, and the story line is predictable. It was difficult to really get into the story.

If you're looking for a light, easy, Christian, historical romance, you might enjoy this read. But, I just couldn't like this one.

I give it a 3 stars and a G for content.

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
