A powerful tale of Christmas healing and new hope for the new year.
Meg is on her way home for Christmas, when she is unexpectedly delayed.
Gordon is a shadow from Meg's past, the man who she blames for many past hurts. Gordon wants nothing more than to make things right, can forgiveness find a place in this family's heart this special Christmas?
A Wreath of Snow is a tale of Christmas healing and forgiveness, making this book a short but touching read just in time for the holidays!
I read this book in practically one sitting! I found it short but powerful, and riveting to the point where I didn't want to put it down. The characters were well developed, and the emotions ran deep in this heart-warming tale.
This book was well written and very well researched, I appreciated how meticulous Ms. Higgs was with the timing and attention to detail that made this book as authentic as possible to the time period.
I guess the only negative thing that I have to say (which isn't all that negative), is that I wished that the story hadn't been so short because of how much I enjoyed it :) I thought that perhaps I would have liked it to have a nice epilogue or something, but overall I found it a very enjoyable story that I would happily recommend!
I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. Thank you!
