Wasn't sure what to expect from this book but found it engaging and helpful. The ideas were workable, not over the top, simple and made sense. The author spoke to individuals who were time pressed and just seeking something more. I enjoyed the book and have decide to take advantage of some of the ideas and see what happens, after all you never know till you have tried it. Worth the read and interesting. Received this book from Waterbrook Press to review.
