Religion - Bible - Prophecies
This is not a simple, pleasure read like most people want from their 'feel good fiction' or other inspirational authors, but it hits an issue of significance head-on. Grant Jeffrey writes on a number of factors exposing the deception of the global warming verbage touted daily through various media forms and uneducated people (though they would claim otherwise).
Jeffrey quotes on multiple occasions exceptional sources, including one of the best I've read on this topic and would encourage anybody to read if they are serious about understanding the underpinnings of this blatant lie we know as global warming. That exceptional work is "Unstoppable Global Warming" by S. Fred Singer and Dennis T. Avery. The title indicates the truth of the cycles of the Earth's seasonal and climate changes, and that we are cycling towards a warmer time frame (having nothing to do with alleged human emissions and CO2 output).
The book outlines the myth of global warming and how it is trumpeted by those individuals pushing for unified world governmental systems, and other fools, though they be very vocal, such as Al Gore.
Jeffrey gives compelling evidence of how several 'top tier' scientists have tried to hide data and openly admitted to manipulating, if not forging, data to push their personal agendas regarding this myth of global-warming. The main difference between this book and the Singer/Avery book (which is cited in the bibliography) is the strong Christian slant that Jeffrey provides, efforting to tie in what he sees with this global-warming agenda (one world government, population control, etc.) and how it can pave the way to fulfill end-time Biblical prophecy.
Whether you agree with his conclusions about the tie-ins or not is not relevant; it is crucial to know what these elitists are planning and thinking, and those thoughts include such things as moving towards a world population of 1 billion or under (which would eliminate at least 75% of the population now), jeopardizing the very economic and capitalistic system that have grown this country (America) in an effort to balance it with Third World and underdeveloped nations.
Jeffrey adeptly points out, as well, how we could put a fraction of the finances mentioned in this global-warming hysteria (billions of dollars are the totals) towards truly eliminating some cultural, societal, and economic issues world-wide. Those include malaria, AIDS, and clean drinking water for broken down infrastructures.
As I stated earlier, this book is not a Saturday afternoon cotton candy, simple read, but it includes vital information regarding a crucial element and issue in our nation today. Will we go the way of past civilizations who forsook God and opened up to all manner of foolish talk and deviation? By continuing to follow the ignorant masses with global-warming heresies, the answer would be a resouding "yes".
And lest you are offended by what I have written and think I must be throwing my trash in my front yard, burning down recycling centers in my spare time, and the like that the Gores and Oprahs of our world would perpetuate, I assure you that I agree with Jeffrey's analysis regarding our Biblical mandate to have dominion and control over the Earth, but also to steward and take care of it as best as we are able. (See Genesis 1:28).
